Payment must be upfront. I require that in order for me to begin your commission, at least half of the payment of the asking price will be payed upfront. Once a rough draft is sent to you and you give me the go-ahead to finish your commission, I require the second half of payment to be sent if not sent already. Payment plans are not an option.

References are required. Even if the character is from popular media, I still require a reference image in order to make sure that the end product is to your liking. Please provide at least one reference image, the more the merrier!

I will not be doing 18+ or suggestive pieces. Sadly, I will not be able to do so because I cannot confirm everyone's ages without asking personal questions. This rule includes fetish artwork. To respect the privacy of my customers, I will strictly be doing safe for work commissions.

Refunds are not a guarantee. Generally, I do not distribute refunds unless I am either unable to complete part of your commission (in which a partial refund will be given) or I cannot start on your commission - in which I will be giving a full refund of the amount given to me. Other than that, I will not be giving out refunds for completed commissions. Refunds will be sent via PayPal.

I hold the right to refuse service. If there is a commission I deem to be inappropriate or I feel uncomfortable fulfilling, I hold the right to deny your commission. I will not be accepting payment for the commission in this situation. I do not owe an explanation for refusing service.

Do not use my artwork in any AI/ML models. Do not use my artwork, shimejis, and/or 3D Models in any AI/ML models or any variation of these models.

Final products may be sent in a variety of ways. Some final products, such as 3D Models and Shimejis, may be sent in an alternative manor. This can be done via eMail, Google Drive, or MediaFire. Shimejis will be sent as a .zip file while 3D models can be sent as either .fbx or .vrm

Failure to follow Terms of Service will result in a blacklisting. Any future works proposed will be immediately denied if you are blacklisted. There will be no exceptions.

Complexity fees can be negotiated. If you wish to have a complexity fee on your commission waived, it can be negotiated. This does NOT guarantee a full waive of the fee but a partial price reduction can be reached. If you plan to change the commission to make the concept less complex, the fee might be waived fully - this is also not a guarantee.

I will only accept payment via my Ko-Fi. In order to protect my privacy, I will only be using Ko-Fi to accept payment. Be sure to specify in the Ko-Fi your username and/or the type of commission so that I have a record of the transaction.
